It means it’s easy.

Decir PAVADAS
To speak nonsense.
- -No digas pavadas, Lucas. ¿Cómo te vas a ir a vivir a Miami si no tenés plata ni para viajar en bondi?
In this example, pavadas could be replaced with BOLUDECES
