Welcome to the inmmense world of locuciones adverbiales, adverbial phrases. This post is only a tiny bit of all there is in this ecosystem.

This expressions describe how you do or say something, or how you achieve something.

In this post we’re going to focus on the most frequent combinations of DE + a noun.

  • De pedo | By chance.
  • De pura suerte | By chance
  • De casualidad | A softer alternative to the two above.
  • De frente | Face to face
  • De onda | For free or as a favor
